2 years late, still not really done

So, one of the things Clinton and I did on our staycation (that was for you modernish father) was to fix up Landon's room to what it should have been before he was born. We finally put up the letters to spell his name on the wall and added a bookshelf for toy storage. And of course the little table and chairs.

His most favorite present from all of his birthday presents is that little workbench. Seriously, for the first few days to get him out of anywhere we just asked him if he wanted to play with his workbench and he'd be all "YESSSH!"

We have endured many hours of tink tink tink tink tink "Ooaah" tink tink tink tink tink "Ooaah" tink tink tink tink tink "Ooaah." And I'd complain, but I don't want to return to the former ritual which involved hours and hours of fishies.

Grrrrr. I stopped reading at "staycation".

Every little helper needs a work bench. The room looks nice, and sounds like he's enjoying it already!

Don't feel bad, it took me a year to finish my bathroom window project, I could not find a curtain that fit and was the color I wanted and just got so fed up with it I thought we'd have a bare curtain rod forever. and that is without any of the good reasons of taking care of a newborn baby, then a toddler to prevent me from getting it done!
